A recent post on the AMG Services website annouces the general contracting firm’s completion of it’s seventh fire station project in five years. The recently constructed station is a state of the art facility for the Los Angeles County Fire Department at the North Region Battalion Headquarters. The fire station cost seven million dollars to complete and is expected to be awarded a LEEDS certification.
Prior to the most recent North Region Battalion Headquarters, AMG Services assisted in the planning and management of several other Los Angeles Fire Department facilities. Some of these fire stations include the Mill Creek Fire Station, Station No. 150, the Yosemite Fire Station No. 43, Seal Beach Fire Station No. 48, and Station No. 156.
AMG Services has also completed success projects that include public schools, libraries, community centers, interim housing facilities, wellness centers, parking structures, NASA facilities and many other types of large projects. Many of AMG’s projects have been within and for the county of Los Angeles.
The newly completed North Region Battalion Headquarters for the Los Angeles County Fire Department is a twenty thousand square foot facility. During the planning and construction, AMG services was able to leverage the 15 years of experience that the team’s principals have working with each other to insure that the project stayed on budget and on schedule throughout the various challenges that arise in any large construction project. The 75 years of combined experience between the AMG principals contributed to the success of the new installation for Los Angeles County.
